Soccer
3-Way Moneyline
It is the easiest and most popular form of soccer betting, also known as 1×2 betting. In this market you can predict which team will win the match or if the match will end in a draw.
You have three options to choose from:
Home team wins (1)
Draw (X)
Away team wins (2)
Point Spread
Sportsbooks usually set soccer point spreads between 0.5 and 2 goals. However, depending on the rivalry between the two teams, the spread can be much higher. For example, if the USA is -0.5 and Canada is +0.5, and the final result is a 1-0 win for the USA, you will get a bonus if you bet on the USA.
Over/Under
The bookmaker will set a projected goal total for a match and you can then place a bet on whether the final total will be over or under that total.
Correct Score
Bet on the final correct score of a match. You must predict the score accurately, taking into account the number of goals scored by both teams. For example, if you bet on a correct score of 2-1, the home team would have to win by 2 goals and the away team would have to score only 1 goal for your bet to be successful. The odds are usually higher than other betting options due to the difficulty of the prediction.
Parlay
To win a Parlay bet, all of the individual bets in it must be successful. This bet type offers higher potential payouts as the odds double with each additional selection.
Futures
Futures Betting is a long term odds market. Bettors can place futures bets on a variety of different markets, including team results and individual honors. Common futures markets in soccer include match winners, team relegation, and which individual player will score the most goals (or the Golden Boot winner).
Props (Player Props/Team Props)
Focuses on specific events or individual player performances, team statistics in soccer games. Place your bets. For example, players scoring headers, players with assists, total number of shots taken by players, players shown yellow cards, players sent off, etc.
Asian Handicap
Similar to the regular point spread, but with an extra handicap to eliminate the possibility of a tie. These include handicaps of 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75 goals.
Asian Handicap (-0.5, -1) – also known as -0.75: in this case, the favorites start with handicaps of -0.5 and -1 goals, while the underdogs start with 0.5 and 1 goal advantages. If you bet on the favorite, they must win by at least two goals for your bet to be successful. If the match ends in a one-goal win for the favorite, you win the -0.5 part of the bet (your stake is halved) and half of your stake is refunded (the -1 part of the bet remains unchanged). Alternatively, if you bet on the underdog and they win the game or even lose by one goal, your bet is a winner.
Draw No Bet
Exclude the possibility of a draw and bet on the winner of the match. If the final result is a draw, you will get your bet back.
Half Time / Full Time Betting
A bet on the result or a specific event of the first half of a match or full match, including but not limited to the following bets: correct score, total goals, handicap, corners.
First Goalscorer / Anytime Goalscorer
Predicts which player will be the first to score a goal or score an anytime goal in a match.
Double Chance
Double Chance allows you to cover two of the three possible outcomes in a match, providing a higher chance of winning. Instead of choosing just one outcome (home team win, draw or away team win), you can select two possibilities from three options.
Time to First Goal / Time to Goal
Predict the time interval for the first goal or any goal.
Corner Kicks
Bet on the total number of corner kicks in a match.
Clean Sheet
A bet on whether a team will prevent the opposing team from scoring. Simply put, this means that the opposing team will not score a single goal.
Both Teams to Score
A bet on whether a team will prevent the opposing team from scoring. Simply put, this means that the opposing team will not score a single goal.

Injuries and lineups
This is probably one of the biggest factors affecting the movement of the odds. Lineups are usually announced around 60 to 90 minutes before kickoff, and be wary of key players in training pitch spats, which can also lead to players dropping out of the lineup.
Home Field Advantage
Home games can have a big impact, so research a team’s home or road record throughout the season.
Team Status
View the team’s results for the last 10 games or a player’s recent score. In addition to the results, it’s important to have an in-depth look at their recent matches.
Head-to-Head Record
The team’s recent head-to-head record is useful, especially since the match took place last season.
Weather
High winds, rain and even snowfall can hamper many plays on the pitch, especially when teams rely on long passes or big centers to control the air.
Style of Play
Understanding the tendencies of each team is vital to the success of online soccer betting. Some teams opt for an attacking style, constantly pushing the ball forward. Offensive teams can overwhelm their opponents and score consecutive points, but they are also vulnerable to counterattacks. Some teams focus more on defense than scoring, and these teams are usually the ones that control the ball well. It is also worth noting that the same player’s style can be different for different teams and national soccer teams.
Statistics
There are tons of publicly available stats for top leagues, with corner kicks, shots, assists, number of passes, and more. Analytics play a huge role in soccer betting.
